We only ship honey and similar specialty products only upon customer request, within Missouri (due to state regulations). Because these items are natural and sensitive to temperature, each shipment is handled individually to ensure quality and freshness. Shipping is not automatic at checkout. Customers must contact us directly to arrange shipment.

We take great pride in offering high‑quality honey and similar specialty products. Due to the nature of these items, our return and exchange policy is intentionally limited to protect product safety and freshness.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Because honey and related products are food items, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns based on:

  • taste preferences

  • texture or crystallization (a natural process in honey)

  • color variations

  • packaging changes

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly review cases where an order arrives damaged or incorrect.​

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box are required.

  • All items must be unused and unopened.

If approved, we will issue a replacement of the same item. Refunds are issued only at our discretion.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • food products

  • temperature‑sensitive items

  • custom or special‑request orders

  • bulk or wholesale purchases

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are prepared for shipment. Once packaging begins, cancellations are no longer possible.​

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Claims submitted after the 48‑hour window cannot be accepted.
